With more than 15 years of experience in HR leadership, Laura has built HR departments from the ground up, led organizational change management initiatives, and guided businesses through acquisitions with calm and clarity. Known for her straightforward approach and sharp sense of humor, she specializes in turning “this is how we’ve always done it” into “why didn’t we do this sooner?”
Her credentials include a Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Human Resources Management, a SHRM-CP certification, and coaching certification through the Martha Beck Wayfinder program. She’s also an educator and mentor, preparing future HR leaders with practical advice, real-world stories, and an unshakable belief that a human resources firm should make business easier — not harder.
